My Background
I grew up in New Jersey and earned my BA in Economics with a Business Minor from Rutgers University, where I also received the prestigious Rutgers Gold Key Award for leadership and service. My professional path began in accounting with Price Waterhouse & Co. and later Touche Ross & Co. in San Francisco, where I became a CPA and completed an MBA in Finance.
My career progressed into financial roles, including Senior Financial Analyst for Levi Strauss & Co., Controller for the Levi Strauss Foundation, and Corporate Controller for a multi-unit Bay Area retailer. These experiences trained me to think analytically, plan strategically, and deliver results under pressure—skills that translate directly into evaluating properties, determining market values, crafting marketing strategies, and negotiating effectively for my clients.
Why Real Estate
I sell real estate because I genuinely love it. Having bought and sold many homes with my wife, Helen, I’ve developed a deep appreciation for architectural design, functionality, and the emotional connection people have with their homes.
